10-10-2023 Practice Before Workers' Compensation Judges and Medical Fee Review

Judge Goduto was first appointed as a Workers’ Compensation Judge April 2008, and he initially served in the Pottsville WCOA hearing cases in both the Pottsville and Reading field offices. During 2010, Judge Goduto began hearing cases in the Lancaster field office and continued to do so until his appointment as Judge Manager for the Central District during June 2019. He is a graduate of Rutgers University (B.A. 1982 and M.Ed. 1985) as well as a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law (1989). After law school, Judge Goduto entered private practice and worked with a number of mid-sized to large law firms litigating workers’ compensation matters and providing counseling to employers concerning both state and federal employment laws. As of June 2019, the home office of Judge Goduto is the Harrisburg WCOA.
