Description
E-Discovery impacts many types of claims. This discussion will start at the beginning with definition of terms and concepts. We will move through basic rules and cases of import. For each current dispute there was a time to plan for E-discovery, a time to preserve, and a future time to produce what is discoverable. This course will consider each of those aspects, and the implications in litigation. Attorneys can learn to work within a complex digital world and bring clarity about the data that matters to their clients.
