COVID POLICY: The Dauphin County Bar Association requires adherence to CDC and Pennsylvania COVID Guidelines for anyone participating in an event sponsored or hosted by DCBA. Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, DCBA cannot guarantee that its members, staff, or anyone in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19 and, while discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death exists. Masking and social distancing are required at both indoor and outdoor events for anyone who is not fully vaccinated; they are encouraged for everyone.
