Frank D. Mroczka

Attorney Frank Mroczka has been practicing real estate law for 35 years. Since 2003 he has been a licensed title insurance agent for Pennsylvania, and was also a licensed agent in Florida together with directly handling agency title policies for Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia, New Jersey and Massachusetts.

Frank also testified as an expert witness in real estate and title insurance lawsuits and has consulted with many law firms on related matters. Senior counsel for a major real estate corporation for fourteen years prior to his partnership with Smigel, Anderson and Sacks , Frank’s legal platform included title agent contracts with federal government agencies such as the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for 9 years.

He currently exclusively practices real estate and title insurance in Dauphin and surrounding Central Pennsylvania counties.
