Marshal is a real estate attorney in Horsham, Montgomery County who helps community associations with their governance and documentation, as well as clients in their residential and commercial real estate sales and leasing transactions, large and small.
He was a principal author of Pennsylvania's Uniform Planned Community Act and spends much of his work teaching and assisting community associations.
Mr. Granor is a past chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and volunteers with Community Associations Institute’s Pennsylvania Legal Action Committee. Marshal is a fellow in the national College of Community Association Lawyers.
Marshal is licensed as a real estate broker and title insurance agent in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as being a licensed Pennsylvania real estate instructor. He frequently teaches continuing education courses for attorneys, real estate licensees and title insurance agents, as well as for community association professionals, boards and residents.
Marshal is President of Granor & Company, Realtors, with offices in Horsham and Yardley. He was a partner in Granor Price Homes, a residential and commercial builder-developer, for 40 years.
A member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Minority Bar Committee and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Team, Marshal lead the effort to enact Pennsylvania Act 54 of 2023 to address racial and religious restrictions in deed.
