Deborah Vereen is the former Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Diversity for AHOLD/GIANT Food Stores. She recently founded The Vereen Group, a consulting firm that assists organizations and executives in formulating systemic change strategies in the areas of Diversity and Equitable Inclusion to achieve a Culture of Belonging. She is a Cornell University Certified Diversity Professional/Advanced Practitioner (CCDP/AP).
